CUSTOM PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & MANUFACTURING

Turn a product requirement into a practical manufacturing plan.

Start with an idea, sample, drawing or product to modify. We help connect feasibility, prototypes, tooling, parts, assembly and production.
For appliance brands, importers, distributors, product developers and B2B buyers.
01

Requirement Review

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING AT ELECTMIX

You do not need a finished design to start.

We first assess the product structure, materials, components, tooling, target market and expected volume. The right first step may be a drawing review, prototype, component check or preliminary cost assessment.

A

An Idea

User, function, market and target price
B

A Physical Sample

What stays, what changes, what to test
C

2D / 3D Files

Dimensions, materials and interfaces
D

A Product to Modify

Controls, appearance, accessories or setup
E

A Functional Target

Output, temperature, capacity or duty cycle

FROM REQUIREMENT TO PRODUCTION

A staged route—before major investment.

The exact sequence depends on design maturity, tooling, component availability and certification scope.
01

Brief & NDA

Clarify the product, quantity, market and confidentiality needs.
02

Feasibility & DFM

Review structure, materials, processes and key risks.
03

Prototype & Verify

Test appearance, fit, function or critical components.
04

Tooling & Pilot

Freeze key requirements, prepare tooling and trial production.
05

Production

Control assembly, inspection, packaging and delivery.
MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

Different processes, coordinated around the product.

Depending on the project, some manufacturing resources may be managed directly and others coordinated through qualified production partners. The confirmed project plan will identify the responsible processes, deliverables, inspection requirements and final quality controls.

A finished product is more than a collection of parts. We connect the structure with the relevant tooling, metal, plastic, component, assembly and testing resources.

Projects that fit ElectMix best

— Appliance and electromechanical products
— Metal + plastic product structures
— Heating, temperature-control or beverage equipment
— Projects with realistic volume, budget and market intent
?

Projects needing extra evaluation

— Highly regulated or safety-critical products
— Technology outside our manufacturing network
— Very low volume with high tooling investment
— Projects without enough technical or commercial detail

ANONYMOUS DEVELOPMENT CASE

From an unfamiliar requirement to a manufacturable proposal.

A buyer brought us a non-standard product outside our catalogue. Its functions were still connected to metal fabrication, electric heating, temperature control, sealing and final assembly.
01   Split the product into functional subsystems

02   Clarified drawings, interfaces and missing details

03   Evaluated practical component alternatives

04   Connected process, material and compliance questions

05   Prepared assumptions and tiered production pricing
Result: a structured manufacturing proposal—without presenting an unverified product as production-ready.
BEFORE VOLUME PRODUCTION

Protect the product, the project and the decision.

Dimensional quality inspection of a manufactured component.
QUALITY

Plan inspection around real risks

Materials, dimensions, appearance, assembly, function and packaging are checked against agreed requirements.
Custom manufactured products prepared for packaging and shipment.
COMPLIANCE

Confirm the path project by project

Testing scope, samples, laboratory, timing, cost and responsibility depend on the product and target market.
NDA
CONFIDENTIALITY & IP

Set clear boundaries early

Drawing use, tooling ownership, disclosure limits and design rights can be documented before detailed work begins.
THREE WAYS TO WORK WITH ELECTMIX

Choose the route that matches your starting point.

FASTEST ROUTE

Modify an Existing Product

Start from an ElectMix platform and adapt feasible branding, packaging, accessories, controls or market configuration.
Lower development risk
FULL DEVELOPMENT

Custom Finished Product

Start from an idea, sample or drawing and coordinate prototypes, tooling, parts, assembly, testing and packaging.
For a differentiated product
FOCUSED SCOPE

Parts & Subassemblies

Develop metal parts, plastic parts, tooling, component sets or tested subassemblies from defined interfaces.
For buyers managing final assembly
PREFER A FASTER ROUTE?

Start with an existing ElectMix product platform.

Established commercial blender and juicer platforms may be adapted through private labeling, packaging, accessories, market configuration and selected feasible changes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Useful answers before you send a project.

Open only the questions relevant to you.
Yes. Start with the intended user, required function, operating environment, target market, estimated quantity and target price position. The first step will normally be requirement clarification and feasibility review—not immediate tooling.
Yes, subject to intellectual-property and legal-use boundaries. Tell us what should remain, what must change and whether the sample may be disassembled or tested.
There is no single MOQ. It depends on tooling, production process, material purchasing, component MOQ, assembly complexity and target cost.
Testing and certification can be evaluated and coordinated after the product, construction, target market and applicable requirements are clear.
Ownership and permitted use are defined in the written project agreement. Tooling ownership, storage, maintenance, transfer and use restrictions should be confirmed before tooling begins.
Pricing is based on the confirmed scope, materials, components, processes, tooling, inspection, packaging, quantity and commercial terms.
